Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

Please allow approximately 1-2 days for order processing.  Once the item is shipped, most deliveries can be expected in 2-3 business days, although it is not guaranteed.  Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you may track your parcel.  Please email us at store@bluewindows.net to inquire about expediting an order or for additional optional shipping methods and their corresponding rates.  Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, and that payment is required in full to process your order, and ship your item.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged only for purchases shipped within California.

Cancellations & Returns

For online purchases only: full price items in original and unworn condition are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.  We maintain the sole discretion to determine if an item is not in original and unworn condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Items may be returned to our store at:
