Fill with 12 ounces of alcohol (we recommend vodka or gin for something light and fruity, whiskey or bourbon if you like it a little stronger!), refrigerate 3 days, and enjoy for the next 30 days as the basis for 8 craft cocktails, can be infused twice for a total of 16.

Pour one strained shot over ice, add sparkling juice or lemonade for a snappy brunch cocktail. 

Zero Proof: Fill jar with boiling water. Cap Jar. Allow to cool in fridge. Strain 1.5 oz into a cup of hot tea or glass of iced tea, sparkling water or citrus juice.
